Digital Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: February, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Sunderstorm, Inc., operating LIME Cannabis, is committed to ensuring that our digital properties, including our website, mobile experiences, and online services, are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal and full access to information and services, and we are actively working to meet that standard.
This Accessibility Statement applies to the LIME Cannabis website located at https://limecannabis.co (the "Site"). It reflects our ongoing commitment to digital accessibility, our current conformance status, and the steps we are taking to continuously improve the accessibility of our digital properties.
Legal and Regulatory Framework
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following legal authorities and standards:
- The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Title III, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in places of public accommodation, which courts have increasingly interpreted to include commercial websites
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, to the extent applicable
- California Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code Section 51 et seq.), which broadly prohibits disability-based discrimination and provides independent claims for ADA violations under California law
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which serve as the industry-recognized technical standard for digital accessibility
We note that the DOJ has issued final rules under Title II of the ADA (effective April 2026) requiring conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government websites, and we are monitoring developments under Title III to ensure our practices remain current with evolving legal requirements.
Conformance Status
LIME Cannabis is committed to conforming with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards to the greatest extent reasonably feasible. WCAG 2.1 success criteria are organized around four core principles:
| Principle | Description |
|---|---|
| Perceivable | Information and UI components must be presentable in ways users can perceive, including non-text alternatives, captions, and adaptable presentation. |
| Operable | UI components and navigation must be operable by all users, including those relying on keyboard navigation and assistive technologies. |
| Understandable | Information and UI operation must be understandable, including readable text, predictable behavior, and error assistance. |
| Robust | Content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including current and future assistive technologies. |
We acknowledge that some portions of the Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to identify and remediate any gaps, with targeted remediation completed on a rolling basis.
Accessibility Features Currently Implemented
We have implemented the following accessibility features on our Site:

- Page titles are descriptive and unique to each page
- Form fields include programmatic labels and instructions

Visual Design and Readability

- Text content can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality or content
- Color is not used as the sole means of conveying information
- We avoid the use of flashing content that could trigger photosensitive seizures (no content flashes more than 3 times per second)
Multimedia
- Primary video content is muted or user-initiated where possible
- Decorative videos are treated as supporting visual content, and accessible alternatives can be requested through the contact methods below
- We are reviewing captions, transcripts, and media controls as part of our ongoing accessibility work
Forms and Interactive Features
- All forms include clearly labeled fields with instructions
- Error identification is specific, clear, and provides suggested corrections where possible

Ongoing Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility Reviews
We review the Site periodically and after significant updates. Reviews may include automated accessibility scanning, manual keyboard checks, and testing with common assistive technologies.
Remediation Process
Accessibility issues identified during reviews or reported by users are prioritized for remediation based on severity and impact. Barriers that prevent access to important site content are reviewed promptly, and lower-priority issues are addressed in our standard update cycle.
Developer Training
We incorporate accessibility review into significant site updates and use WCAG 2.1 standards as a practical reference for design and development decisions.
User Testing
We may conduct accessibility user testing with individuals who use assistive technologies to gain direct feedback on the accessibility of our Site and services.
Known Limitations and Remediation Plan
We are currently reviewing skip-link support, video captions, transcripts, and media controls as part of our accessibility improvement plan. We will conduct regular audits to identify and address additional limitations should they arise.
